Our simple and plain Terms & Conditions.

COMPLAINTS POLICY


Our aim is to provide the best service possible, and while we always strive to achieve this, there will be times when the client is unhappy with the service. We aim to handle complaints quickly in an effective, fair and honest way. 
The policy aims to ensure that: All members of the public know how to feedback to Nino Milano Studio Salon and the process of making a complaint is simple; All staff treat feedback seriously and deal with it promptly, efficiently, courteously and keep the customer informed of the progress;
How a complaint can be made:· To the salon manager or head office:

Complaints after 72 hours your appointment regarding the quality of service will not fall into our complaints policy and will be discarded.

Retail Refund Policy

An item purchased within the salon can be returned and a credit note or exchange will be available within 7 days of purchase with a valid Nino Milano Studio receipt. 


Hair Refund Policy
It's our aim to please you and make you leave the salon feeling happy with the work we have done on your hair. 
Sometime you may find after your appointment your hair is not what you expected or find faults with the service. This is fine, please contact the salon within 72 hours of your appointment and we will then arrange you to come back to the salon within 48 hours for us to review your hair and if we agree the standard of the service or outcome was not what you expected we will then provide you with a service free of charge to correct this. 
If you contact the salon after 72 hours we will be unable to rectify free of charge.
Here are a few other points to remember. 
If you go to another salon to correct the issue then we will; not be able to provide any free service or advice and any complaints will be discarded.

£14 MENS DRY CUT
  • Is only for standard clippers back and side cut and using scissors on top
  • For re-style an extra £10 will be added
  • No shampoo will be offered
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount
  • Not available on Saturdays
  • Available only for Students and NHS Staff with valid ID

£30 CUT & BLOW
  • Consultation
  • Shampoo and Conditioner
  • Standard haircut (up to 2 inches off) & Blow Dry Straight 
  • For curly blow dry an extra £10 will be added
  • For re-style an extra £15 will be added​​
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount
  • Not available on Saturdays
  • Not available with Maria, Francesco and Nico
  • Available only for Students and NHS Staff with valid ID


£85 COLOUR & CUT
  • Standard haircut (up to 2 inches off) and blow dry straight only
  • Half Head Highlights
  • Toner included
  • For curly blow dry an extra £10 will be added
  • For re-style an extra £15 will be added​
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount
  • Not available on Saturdays

£100 COLOUR & CUT
  • Standard haircut (up to 2 inches off) and blow dry straight only
  • Full Head Highlights
  • Toner included
  • For curly blow dry an extra £10 will be added
  • For re-style an extra £15 will be added
  • ​Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount
  • Not available on Saturdays

20% OFF BALAYAGE
  • Cut or blow dry, colour toner/colour gloss are not included
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount
  • Not available on Saturdays
  • An additional £15 will be added for gloss/toning

​10% STUDENT & NHS DISCOUNT
  • Is only available Tuesdays to Fridays on full price hair services
  • Valid student/nhs ID card must be presented
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount


REWARD CLUB CARD
  • Only full price services can be added
  • Reward cards are not transferable and may not be used against any other offer, promotion or discount.
  • Reward cards are valid for 1 year
  • 6 visits must be completed within 1 year
  • On your 6th visit you will receive 50% Off haircut only
  • Card cannot be shared
  • Stamp not redeemable with fringe cut

RECOMMEND A FRIEND
  • 30% Off Cut & Blow Dry for NEW clients with recommended stylist
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount
  • Promotion available only for introductory/first visit to Nino Milano Studio
  • Voucher/text message should be presented at check-in
  • Friend that recommended will receive 30% Off Next Cut & Blow Dry
The offers above will be available ONLY if they are showing on our special offers page or on our price list.

CANCELLING OR MOVING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We accept cancellations or alterations outside of 48 hours without any penalty, and any deposit paid will be held on your account for you to spend as you like within the salon.
If you cancel or postpone your appointment within 48 hours, any deposit will be forfeited. The reason for this is that the salon as held this appointment for you and it is difficult to resell that space within such short notice. We may also ask that you pay upfront for your future appointments. You are free to move your appointment forward at any time if we have the availability.

PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR COLOUR
We follow a Colour Responsible Policy for the safety of our clients, therefore skin testing is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour service.

It is also essential prior to making any colour appointment that you notify us if any reaction from any previous colour, whether this was applied within the salon or at home or if you have any reactions to, henna tattoo’s, or any permanent or semi permanent make up. This is your responsibility to notify us and we can only do our best to protect you with this honest information.

PRICE LEVELS AND POLICY
When booking an appointment, whilst we take that appointment in good faith we cannot guarantee that your desired style is achieved by the booked service unless we consult with you in advance. Complimentary consultations are always available.
Whilst we endeavour to be as accurate as possible when quoting a price, we cannot guarantee that unexpected or additional services may not be required to achieve your desired style. We will not begin a service without first agreeing a final cost.
All colour services do not include hair cutting and blow dry straight or curly.
Dry cut and wash & cut do not include blow dry straight or curly. 
We hold the right to amend or change our pricing structure without notification. 

BEAUTY TREATMENTS 
Nino Milano Studio Hairdressing is not responsible for any Beauty Treatments.
